I recently tried Silver Scooter Coffee Co., a roaster based in Ontario, and I was beyond impressed. I ordered it all the way up to Whitehorse in Yukon.
I sampled their Nicaraguan Brazilian Blend and Colombian Medium Roast, and both were exceptional in their own way.
The Nicaraguan Brazilian Blend had a smooth, well-balanced profile with rich chocolate and nutty undertones. It had a slight natural sweetness that made it perfect for drinking black, but it also held up beautifully with milk.
The Colombian Medium Roast was bright and flavorful, with a hint of citrus acidity that gave it a refreshing, crisp finish. It was a great morning pick-me-up, with a smooth body and just the right amount of boldness.
Both roasts were fresh, aromatic, and clearly crafted with care. If you’re looking for high-quality, Ontario-roasted coffee, I highly recommend giving Silver Scooter Coffee Co. a try! I’ll definitely be ordering more.
