Return Policy

We want you to love your coffee and equipment. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Coffee Returns

Coffee may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unopened

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee.


Equipment Returns

Equipment may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused

  • Returned in original packaging

  • All accessories and manuals included

Equipment must be returned in store unless otherwise approved. Items requiring shipping will be shipped at the customers expense.


Warranty Claims

All manufacturer warranty claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer. We are happy to help point you in the right direction if needed.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Clearance Items

Clearance items are final sale. 

Customer Labels

Any custom labelled coffee is final sale.
