Pourover Quality Coffee
Aiden automatically dials in the most important variables for brewing pourover style coffee; to-the-degree temperature control, precise coffee-to-water ratios and a built-in bloom cycle. Spend less time worrying about the details and more time drinking great coffee.
Built-In Brewing Guidance
Aiden provides foolproof guidance with brewing presets developed by Fellow's in-house Q Graders. Choose light, medium, or dark roasts, cold brew and more. You don't need to be a coffee expert to brew expert coffee.

Returns & Exchanges
At Silver Scooter Coffee Co., we want you to love your coffee and equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns
We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process a refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
For used or opened products, issues must be addressed through the manufacturer’s warranty. Many of the coffee machines and accessories we carry include manufacturer warranties, and we’re happy to assist in guiding you through the process.
How to Start a Return

- We’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
