The DF64 Gen 2 introduces improvements on the previous model. Notable upgrades include a plasma generator (ionizer) for static reduction, an "anti-popcorn" lid, and an upgraded motor with greater torque. The inclusion of a metal dosing cup, metal funnel, and a wooden lid also adds a touch of premium craftsmanship.

With 90 grind settings, stepless micrometric adjustment and superior grind consistency, the DF64 Gen2 provides the precision needed to make extractions more stable and improve their quality and repeatability.

Use the included 58mm dosing cup or use the integrated holder to grind directly into compatible portafilters for seamless brewing. With less than 1g of retention, 0.2g dose variance, and less than 0.3g exchange, the DF64 Gen 2 ranks among the best grinders available, ensuring minimal waste and, coupled with its thoughtful design, is easy to clean. Simply unscrew the collar to access and clean the burrs.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process a refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

For used or opened products, issues must be addressed through the manufacturer’s warranty. Many of the coffee machines and accessories we carry include manufacturer warranties, and we’re happy to assist in guiding you through the process.
