To extend the service life of its coffee machines, JURA has developed a 2-phase descaling tablet which gently removes scale while also protecting your coffee machine.
Descaling in 2 phases
The descaling tablet developed especially for JURA coffee machines has an optimised dissolving time, removes scale cleanly and efficiently and delivers lasting results.
The descaling operation comprises two phases:
• Phase one: Carefully removes all scale residue from the coffee machine.
• Phase two: Seals the fluid system and ensures long-term corrosion protection for pipes and thermoblock.

At Silver Scooter Coffee Co., we want you to love your coffee and equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns
We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process a refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
For used or opened products, issues must be addressed through the manufacturer’s warranty. Many of the coffee machines and accessories we carry include manufacturer warranties, and we’re happy to assist in guiding you through the process.

- We’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
