The ENA 4 is incredibly simple to use: just press a button and enjoy. You can preselect three aroma levels and specify that you want to use ground coffee. True to the JURA motto “Freshly ground, not capsuled”, the AromaG3 grinder offers exceptionally fast grinding while preserving all the aroma of the beans.
The intelligent Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.®) optimizes the extraction time for short specialties and opens up new dimensions in aroma. It also allows maximum flexibility when programming the cup volume.

Returns & Exchanges
At Silver Scooter Coffee Co., we want you to love your coffee and equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns
We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process a refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
For used or opened products, issues must be addressed through the manufacturer’s warranty. Many of the coffee machines and accessories we carry include manufacturer warranties, and we’re happy to assist in guiding you through the process.

- We’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
