At Silver Scooter Coffee Co., we want you to love your coffee and equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process a refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
On Opened/Used Items.
If you are unhappy with your item, we accept returns on opened products within 14 days of original purchase, with a maximum brew count of 50 drinks.
Exchanges & Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or a warranty claim.
For used or opened products, equipment issues must be addressed through the manufacturer’s warranty. Many of the coffee machines and accessories we carry include manufacturer warranties, and we’re happy to assist in guiding you through the process.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@silverscootercoffee.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
