The broader grind range is exceptional for every brew method except espresso. With new anti-static technology for less grind mess, a redesigned load bin for smoother bean feeding, and an expanded 100 gram catch cup for batch brews, the next generation of grinding is here.


The Ode Gen 2 is designed to be a single dose grinder - that means bye bye giant hopper and hello to your coffee staying fresher, longer. Returns & Exchanges

At Silver Scooter Coffee Co., we want you to love your coffee and equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns

We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process a refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

For used or opened products, issues must be addressed through the manufacturer’s warranty. Many of the coffee machines and accessories we carry include manufacturer warranties, and we’re happy to assist in guiding you through the process.

  2. We’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
